Hey does anybody recall any of the shows covering ramping up late hopping in the boil? I remember JZ mentioning this on a couple different shows but was wondering if the brewcasters covered the topic more in depth. Possibly in a Q&A show? Any feedback would be great also on some of you other brewers experience with bulking up late hop addition to get big flavor and aroma punches in your brews.

it is called Hop bursting.....that may help you find some info....I can't remember off the top of my head what episodes it was on..I believe Nate talked about it though...
