I downloaded all the files I was missing from the website so 2012-Mid 2015. iTunes podcast has me down to mid 2015 onward.
I renamed all the details so they got all together based on year, dragged them over into iTunes and they are in my music section instead.
I made a play list and I am listening to all the old shows as I catch up to the 2015 shows that are in my podcast stream.
Problem solved for me. It took me about 30 min to download them and the just hacked the details so they all line up nicely and that took about an hour or so to clean up.
It works but you have to do a little work and if you want to listen to the old shows in an easier way than farting around with listening off the website, then this is the way to go.
