I guess this one is alright. Now if they change the name the "Beer Sessions on Monday Radio", there may be a case.

Maybe Justin should go after James Spencer for doing a podcast with the word "Brewing" in it.

I listen to this podcast, they have been on since 2010. It's recorded right here in NYC, so it a local show. I never really thought that they were stealing the concept or brand.

Its a decent show, though it can get a bit dry and boring sometimes.

Right on. I've never heard of them before, I just stumbled across it and thought it might be a little hinky. I didn't want anybody to get the lawyers all revved up, just wanted to make sure it was legitimate.

'Session' has enough other meanings commonly used that even if it was, it would be hard to defend as having 'secondary meaning', at least from my understanding based on the recent trademark show on Brew Strong.

Sorry you're going to have to rewrite that post. I've trademarked the words, 'other', 'commonly', 'it', 'defend', as well as the concept of 'secondary meaning'. I'll draft up a license for you, but it's going to be pricey.
