Thanks to the chat room for helping scare the pizza guy last night, I dont think he appreciated the anchovies smell in his car. The dried squid was a good addition.

Anchovies are awesome and completely under-utilized in the kitchen.
I'll do a ridiculous umami pizza with roasted garlic, sauteed mushrooms, and anchovies. Taleggio for the cheese. No sauce, though.

I'll say yes to that, but in reality it will not happen. Funny thing was I had already turned them down alot when I was conversing with Beevo.

Yeah, you need to turn them pretty much completely off or they get picked up. And then J get's cranky. Sorry bout the hangover, but glad you enjoyed hte beer!
