Civil Engineer Who Started a Brewery

I've lived to a couple of dozen of shows from around when I listened to a Session where they interview a civil engineer that started a brewery, but still haven't come across the show. Did a keyword search on the website for shows and nothing either. It was around May 2018 when I made a very sparse note about using a densifier to prep concrete pour to survive the hardships of a brewery floor without dropping $25,000+ for a floor coating. If anyone remembers the episode or brewery/person being interview, please let me know. We are going to be pour a floor in the coming months and would like to see how that guy's floor is doing.
Thanks!
