winter hops

while im on hear i thought i might ask,(i live in California and winter is coming) as winter comes HOW often do i need to water my hops? it was their first year and they grew great and i set up irrigation, so do they need water during the winter in a non-frost region in California? and how much, if so?

i live about 15 miles from Firestone... 115 in summer and 20 in winters.. i water 1 gallon every 3-4 days per plant and once a month a light dose mieacle grow. im 1st season down in pots total 4th season down and they are doing great. and cut all bines off when they turn brown.
