Growing Hops

Ground saturation wasn't beneficial for newbie plant growth, but my established plants are OK. Here are some pics:

Had to spray them fucking hungry Jap Beetles, damn they are relentless this year! I don't like lure traps in my yard, but no alternative. At least I can get some satisfaction with their painful death. Fuck PETA

I planted some columbus and EKG this year and there is something out there that loves the taste of the EKG but not the Columbus. I'm kind of baffled, the plants are right near each other but the columbus has nice full leaves while the EKG looks like they are barely staying on the vine.

Take some good pictures and post them here. Someone will likely be able to identify the problem you have on your EKG.
