Just picked my cascade hops off the top of the bines...still more lower, but not yet ready. 30 oz dried and vacuum sealed, cant wait to use, because this is 2nd year of growth...Maybe a pale is in order.

Just picked up a vacsealer the other day to deal with my harvest and my growing collection of bulk hop purchases. Friggin rocks.

Well i had to pick the rest of my Cascades before Irene came. They were ready to pick anyway. I got a total of 22 oz from 2 of my second year plants! I dried them until the brackets opened slightly and they have a nice papery feel. I will vacuum seal them tonight for future use.
