If my memory is actualy correct i think we got a fungus though us mail a few weeks ago.
But Fedex and UPS is much less hassel but still could give you just as much greif.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited to send through usps no matter how you send it, Unless of course you have a license to do so......all those other things you listed are not alcohol....it is probably an antiquated law but it is still there...
