I apparently need a memory upgrade in my own hard drive <brain>. I cannot remember the simple formula to determine grain to bittering ratios. Can anyone help a braddah out?

:?

OG 1.050 = 50GU
Ibu 25 =25BU

25BU/50GU = 0.5 This ratio will be different for each beer style

This works well to help keep the proper balance if you change your OG up or down. And it will give you a starting place when designing a recipe
