Decoction mash with pressure cooker

Is there a post on the topic of using a pressure cooker for decoction mashes?

I doubt it.
Decoctions need to be stirred or else the grains tend to scorch, leaving you with a nasty burnt flavor/odor in your brew.

Huh. Cool article. I think I just might have poo-poo'd this idea too quickly. I didn't think of doing a double boiler thing INSIDE of the pressure cooker.

Your welcome. You might give the Decoction show with John Palmer a listen. I think that's where I heard about it. Too many beers ago to be sure, though.

Thanks for the article. I'm going to do a few decoctions for a german pilsner and will give the pressure cooker a go.
