Has anyone else here ever brewed with The Yeast Bay Saison II? I just did a batch and I find the flavour is mild with a bit of a slick mouth feel to the beer. I usually use Wyeast 3725 Belgian Saison. This is a bit different but certainly a good saison. And the fermentation.... RAGED through a 1.053 wort in just a few days.
