It is like I have heard that somewhere before....

So with some carbonation and time the slickness has transformed as hoped into nice mouthfeel. I don't get anything I would call slick anymore. Overall, I'm very happy with how it came out. This is also my first time using 2124 and I'm pretty happy with the results I got from it.

Good to hear. Sometimes a healthy dose of time and lagering can do "brilliant" things for a beer.
