so i had been monitoring a specific area in my house and its has a very constant temperature of about 72 so i figured it was perfect to leave my carboys. Now the room seems to be much colder on average closer to 60F
i made something called a TiT this is how you make one
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showfl ... t/all/vc/1 i just made a few adjustments to nake sure it can hold a carboy up.
i use these to incubate my mushroom jars in the winter.
just wanted to share. i thought it might help people here.

What exactly do you mean by "run off water" ? Do you mean your mash runnings?

my airlock was bubbling over so i put a sterilized tube into it and put that in water/ star sanitizer in it.
the water the tube is going into is now white.

I have had it get all cloudy before, not sure why exactly. It might be the CO2 bubbling though the starsan is causing some reaction that makes it turn white. It would be kind of interesting to try bubbling CO2 from a tank into starsan and see if that happens, of course I'm not about to use up my CO2 on that.
