Mead

Big Batch
15 pounds of Orange Blossom Honey (pure)
5 medium sized oranges (I zested them without too much pith then juiced them)
1 1/2 tsp of Superfood (it called for 3 tsp but I added the pollen)
8oz bee pollen
D47 with re-hydro nutrient (I read that somewhere)
Enough spring water to bring it to just over 5 gallons (I anticipated the sediment at racking)
SG was about 1.110
ABV at about 14%

I will re-check the gravity in a few weeks to see where its at.

Small Batch
3 1/2 pounds Clover Honey
1 Orange cut up
4 allspice berries
27 Raisins
Fleischmann's yeast
Water to fill 1 gallon

Ciders

Cider 1 & 2 are the same with one exception, cider 2 has 8 more oz of the same sugar, wanted to bring the ABV up a few notches!
1 gallon unfiltered organic pure apple juice
Lalvin 1118 yeast
8 oz pure, unprocessed Brazilian cane sugar (tastes better than brown sugar!)
