Go-ferm dry yeast rehydration directions?
I used 15g of 71b1122 and 18g go-ferm in 3 cups water. Did I use to much goferm?
I used the 1/1.25 ratio and the proper temps. I am just worried that I misunderstood the ratio.
Any thoughts? Did I do it right?
I pitched into expensive honey

Sounds good...1.25 times the weight of the yeast. Here's a link to help with making mead.
