Beef Jerky

Have you ever made beef jerky with beer. It's awesome. I am trying to make a business out of it. Check it out and tell me what you think.

I thought pretty hard about this before approving it.
99% of the time, 1st posts like this are treated like spam,
but it's jerky and beer, so I let it slide. I have my own smoker and
brew my own beer, so I know how you feel.

All I ask is please don't let this turn into something we will regret.

Feel free to share some recipe ideas.
Good luck with your kickstarter.

Thanks for letting it slide. I am a long time brewer and a self taught cook. I just wanted to put my two favorites together. Has anyone else ever tried this combo? I thinking of adding extra hops to the marinade to make them stand out a little bit more.

Welcome! Maybe you should send me a test batch to make sure it's not poisonous....
