Oyster Recipes anyone?

Ive eaten so many of them raw. God they are good just a drop of habenero hot sauce or a tiny bit of cocktail. They were pre-shucked. but very fresh, bought them at the farm while they were harvesting, sorting, and shucking. I just want to use them all while still very fresh.
