Saw this book mentioned on Paxton's Facebook page (sorry... Facebook) and thought others might be interested.

Noticed a couple of well known names in the reviews section.

We need a yeast smilie. Code? :P
Gimme oysters and beer (and Durian) for dinner every day of the year...

Yes both of Sandor's books are amazing! His books have really inspired me to split off from just beer and mead to all kinds of great things!
