Who's been enjoying this show? I think beside the reality show type banter there is some great insight to be seen regarding animal husbandry, slaughter, butchering, aging and preparation. What do you think?

I usually take 3 or 4 whitetails a year in archery season.
I started butchering a few years ago and it made a huge different in quality.

So I guess I'm living the dream.
