Live Chat

Hi all,

Is anyone else having problems with the live chat applet?

- I have the latest version of Java

- added http://client1.addonchat.com to the security settings

- made sure java is enabled in the browser

- Tried disabling firewall

- Removed old versions of Java

any help would be awesome
