I've been updating my podcast everyday to see if the 6th ones up yet. I think the bn makes us wait a week befor they post it. I remember JC saying that on the session.

Was there a Sour Hour for January? I saw it listed on the show schedule for this last Wednesday, but there doesn't appear to be a video feed of it up, and no podcast listed yet either. Did it get re-scheduled?

I am feeking out! I need my fix of sour talk.
Just keged my sour ale. It sat for over year on the Rosiclare blend,dark cherries,and oak cubes. It's intense.
Started two other batches with the Yeast cake and a starter of brett-C/T. Tasted one the other day and it is tart. So happy.
J please answer my question on the show.

I am loving the show so far. Most of my questions to Brew Strong were about sour beers, so having a show dedicated to talking about sours is an excellent idea. Jay's knowledge and experience in invaluable, and the guests have been great.

I must say, I visited the Rare Barrel last year and the beers are truly phenomenal. So much so that I signed up to be an ambassador of sour. I only wish they had been around when I was going to Cal. :p

I'll try to listen live and participate in the future. Keep up the good work guys!
