That's why I put July 3rd. I figured it's the Friday of the 4th of July weekend. June is shot with NHC. No way will they be ready.
But the long weekend is the perfect motivation for slackers like J to stop procrastinating. He can't live on ramen for the rest of his life.

I just noted there wasn't a year listed on the pool, so I'm reserving the same 2 dates for next summer as well.
I figure it's only partially their slacking that's pushing it back. It is the People's Republic of California after all.

Remember that NHC is the week ending Saturday the 14th.
They simply won't be ready one week after that.
My bet is still on July 3rd, just in time for the 4th of July weekend.
(though Jun 26th-27th is not looking too bad either).
