guess i'll have to make a 10% beer and age it for 10 years. that just might work, it could be my retirement beer, i'll be 62 in 10 yrs :pop

Our Brew club is marking the occaision with a club brew this Sunday. We're all going to be doing big beers we can lay down for a while. I'm doing a Belgian quad that I'm planning to finish with bret c.
