Soooo, normally I wouldn't raise a thread from the dead, but I just wanted to say that Monday was 1 year without smokes for me

Congrats! These last few weeks have had me craving smokes. I'll take inspiration from you and move on

Coming up on 6 yrs for me next month.
I admit I had 1 smoke about a year and a half ago when they cancelled my project at work.
We were all at a bar and I said fuck it and tried one. Couldn't even smoke the whole thing,
and haven't had the urge since.

19 days strong...Quit cold turkey. The first week was the hardest but have rarely had a craving since!

How long till you start tasting things more clearly? Did anyone notice they could taste their beers better after quitting?

I just recently quit for the like 10th time. Your taste should comeback within a few days of not smoking. My sense of smell comes back after like 1 day.
