Cannot access archive downloads

anyone else? I'll click on the link to dl the archive file and get error saying "this webpage in unavailable, connection timed out."

Yup, same issue here, happens in iTunes too.

Seems that there is something missing for the recent BS archive. It claims to have been posted, but no download link appears on the page or in the page source.
