Thanks for getting back to me Code. The specific error I get when connected to our home ISP is:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forum on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I can connect via my Hotspot thru the iPhone but not the other.

My home IP is: 71.94.47.250

Thanks for helping out with this. We're hoping it's a simple fix so we can join in on the chats during the show and also contribute on the forums.

I can reach the homepage without any problems and even purchase from the store. I just seem to be locked out of the forum and chat.

I'm using Firefox as my browser. I can try other browsers to see if they have an effect.
