What should I do with this tasty BEER?

so, i have 5 gallons of a hoppy wheat ale sitting in a carboy that i brewed about a year and three months ago. the airlock ran dry about 3 months in. what should i do with it?

Package it.
Drink it.
Or not...
Should be a decent exampke of autolosis and othsr yuck yuck.

If it still tastes good, just package and carbonate it and drink it.
Maybe throw in some dry hops for a week before doing so? It's not like you're in a rush at this point.

What is the gravity? If some sugars left behind, you could pitch some Brett..........Be cautious though. Do some research.

Or, distill it :)

If it tastes old and oxidized, then dump it. It's only beer.
