Can I add another vial a day or two later?

Yesterday, I brewed a "Kitchen Sink" IPA using any and all leftover ingredients I had lying around...I only had one vial of White Labs Cal Ale 001 so I pitched it. (YESTERDAY). The problem is that the OG came out to 1.072 and I'm afraid one vial without a starter is not going to be enough.

Can you add another vial after fermentation has started or is about to begin? When is it too late to add more yeast? Would one more vial be enough?

Thanks for any input.

I think you'll get by on one vial. it's never to later to add more yeast. So if you want to go right ahead.
