Steeping aromatic malt?

Thu Jul 31, 2014 8:21 am

I'm putting together a Belgian Blonde recipe and it has about half a pound of aromatic malt in it. Whats the best way for me to get everything I need out of them? I.e. partial mash? Thanks, guys!

I bet steeping them would be fine since their DP is high enough to self-convert.
