Squeezing out remaining wort from specialty grains bag?

My first brew session in over 10 months, just want to verify I should not be squeezing out the remaining wort form my steeping bag of specialty grains? Let it drain by gravity after lifting it out of the pot, and just dump the bag, right?

ps. Being a cheap bastard, any reason why I cant reuse the steeping bag if I wash it out?

Don't bother with squeezing it. Instead, put the bag in a strainer and scoop some wort out pf the kettle and pour it through the grain. Nice filter
Also, you can rinse the bag and reuse it, too.
cheers!

IF you want to reuse the bag, rinse it out well (get any sugars off) but don't worry about hulls stuck to it. Let it dry, then shake out out good, flip it inside out and shake it good again, and most of the grain remnants should be gone. That being said, if you are using the ~$0.70 disposable ones, you can spend a couple bucks and get a more substantial straining bag that is meant to be used multiple times.

I used to put the strainer over a bowl and let the water drain from the bag, then add it to the kettle.

+1, just let the sack hang there for a while and use a little bit of water to rinse them a bit.
