My recipe calls for extra light Dutch DME. Wondering if i can change to regular extra light DME, or does the Dutch truly make it unique?

can't find it at Northern Brewer or More Beer

not surprising because that extract sucked, it was only like 50% fermentable

maybe use 2.5# pounds of a normal DME and .5# of maltodextrin
