The Session returns to air this week with Schlafly, The Saint Louis Brewery. After unfortunate events in The Brewing Network family bumped them from their originally scheduled appearance, Schlafly is back and ready to roll with the Brewcasters to talk about being the St. Loius Brewery that's still locally owned and brewing great beer! We talk about bourbon barrel imperial stout, biere de guarde, pumpkin beer, and much more. We also cover what has happened to The BN in the last month since our last show. There's lots of catching up to do so hang in there and enjoy

Wanna' slap this guy.... by DoSerMaN, March 23, 2011
About the time J is trying to get a recipe out of this guy is when I started disliking him... I mean how can you be so lame about giving up his recipe for his Pumpkin beer. I mean... there is no way to completely duplicate his beer... he wouldn't even give up the base beer, or grain bill. I dunno that just bugs me...
