Owner/Brewmaster Scott Vaccaro joins us to talk about his rise from homebrewer to award winning craft brewer, and the diverse ingredients and barrels he chooses in his brewing process. Captain Lawrence, after being open for a mere 18 months, won gold at GABF in 2007 and was also ranked #5 in Beer Advocates Top 50 American Breweries list.
