Brian Hunt of Moonlight Beer & Ale fame returns to The Session this week to talk with us about his unique and creative brewing philosophies. On his last visit he intrigued us with a new outlook on beer styles. For his return, Brian will expound upon his passion for local exploration and a creative approach to developing beers that might have been, or still could be, if only barley had been native to North America.
