The last ten years have been quite a journey for Mr. Allen, from an early 2000s stint as general manager at Anderson Valley, to a dream job abroad brewing in Singapore, back full-circle to the brewmaster gig in Boonville. With interesting insights into the burgeoning Asian craft-beer culture, Fal joins us to share his unique journey, as well as the present and future of Anderson Valley’s great beers and innovative programs.
