Listening to the 2.10.05 archive, had a thought, this may be a stupid question.

Given that in the norther hemishpere Oktoberfest is an Autum festival, should I be looking at getting my Marzens ready for March?

Not like I need an excuse to get brewing...

No. brew your Oktoberfest/Marzen to be drinkable during your harvest season. I don't know schit about the southern hemisphere, except the stars are different. Do the plants grow up-side-down there? If so, how do you know when to dig up your flowers?
