BCS Weizenbock

Have amy of you fine, upstanding gentlemen ever brewed the weizenbock recipe from BCS? I want to brew a 5 gallon batch of something that I can get to a drop off location by 1/28/17 for a local homebrew competition. I have 2 packs of Lallemande Munich dry yeast waiting in my refrigerator now. Can I turn it around in time to get it there before the deadline??

IMO, you can't. Not a Weizenbock, at least. They are just too big to finish and be fully conditioned.

If you are set on a wheat beer, how about a Dunkel Weizen?

It's not that I'm determined to brew a wheat beer, but I do have the yeast. I just want something I can get ready quickly. I don't think I've ever had a dunkel. Any suggestions for a couple examples to try out?

I love this style. Picture a hefeweizen with a caramelly/toasty malt bill.

PS-
Even Pyramid makes a version of their American Wheat where they add in some
crystal and munich, and it's a much more interesting version than their plain old Am. Wheat, IMO.
