Judging by pic #4, I think you can get at least 2, maybe 3, more ball valves on that bitch. :D

Single pump with RIMS, electric element Lauter tun, Gas fired kettle, plate chiller, 13 valves and about 30 ft of copper, usually about 85% mash efficiency up to 15lbs of grain then drops to 75% up to max of 23 lbs of grain and 9 gal in the mash tun, easy to clean, all the valves allow backflushing throughout the system. I use whole hops only, no recirc on cooling or the chiller will clog, but it cools 10 gal down to 75 in abt 15 min and most of the trub is caught on the hop bed above the false bottom in the kettle. The grain mill and motor are mounted to be removable, went 2 to 1 reduction from the motor to idler, then another 2 to 1 reduction from idler to grain mill with pulleys, it runs abt 375RPM and have never had a stuck mash or astringency issues.

Like the little brew cart. I have an old microwave cart on wheels that comes in super handy for moving around the brewery for a variety of tasks.
