Did you use actual mint in the brew? When did you add the mint?

I added it in the primary, 3 oz worth, broke it up preaty good and steeped it in boiling water for pasteurization.

It was in the mix say 5 days give or take a few hours prior to racking to the secondary. Next time I would double the mint easy, the chocolate and the malts are very large right now.
