woke up this morning and found out that im finally a real homebrewer!
i use an upright fridge so had to put on my :nutters: before i walked in my kitchen

my apa (apa=swedish for monkey, luckily my pet didn't run away). its that everyday beer i always brew, it could have been worse.
got another 1/4 keg or so to enjoy this first swedish summer day!

been there as well and I feel your pain. I dutifully aged an 11% RIS for most of a year. Put the keg in to cool down and carb up but didn't hook up the tap -- big mistake. A sticky poppet valve allowed all of it to leak out and fill the bottom of the kezzer. It was so hard not to squeeze one of the spongefulls of beer into a glass -- it smelled incredible -- but I've seen what grows on the bottom of the keezer sometimes.

That's awful, dude. It's even wore than my incident. At least I'm in good company. Good idea to avoid drinking anything from the keezer floor.
