Official Hello

Sat Jun 02, 2012 10:43 pm

Hey BN Army!

I wanted to officially say hey and introduce myself to the forum. I apparently started a thread a week ago briefly explaining my lack of sobriety at the time, but I figured a proper hello was in order. I've been listening to the BN for a few months now and quickly became attached. The Brewcasters as well as the listeners are just fucking awesome and I'm proud to be part of this community. I just recently moved from Montana to Seattle, WA so of coarse I will be attending BNA7. I don't know any of you but I'm excited to meet and drink with you all when the day arrives! Cheers!

Welcome and see you at BNA7
(and the NHC???)

Have you checked out WAHA?

http://www.wahomebrewers.org

You can find a club near you if you haven't done so already.

Unfortunately the NHC sold out before my plans to move to Seattle were set in stone so I'm unable to go. I'm hoping to at least participate in some activities that may occur elsewhere while all you homebrewers are in town. I also work at a local beer store that I'm sure some conference goers will visit so I can mingle there too (Come visit Bottleworks so I can talk brewing with you!). I've looked into WAHA and brewing clubs but I've had little success finding one that either 1) Fits my schedule or 2) Responds to my emails. But I'm still trying and I'm sure I'll find something that fits. Thanks for the suggestion nonetheless.
