On my 3 tap system I have one dedicated to beergas and a creamer faucet. I've made an RIS that will sit in a keg until next fall. Can any of you recommend a style or recipe that will be good on nitro over the summer? I'm thinking of something like Boddington's.

What Bitter or Pale Ale have you made that you enjoy on nitro?

I've never been a fan of nitro beers, just not my thing. If you plan on putting a hoppy beer on just know it will scrub the aroma out a bit.

+1 on scrubbing aroma.

I like stouts on nitro a hell of a lot more than pale ales.
IMO, dry/oatmeal/american stouts are the shizzit on nitro. Not so much a fan of the bigger ones like RIS or Fx on nitro, either.
Maybe you might be able to talk me into something from the Brown Ale family (mild, southern, northern, or american), but that would be about it.

I think a mild or bitter might be good on nitro.

I had a Bitter on Nitro recently and it was great! Think Boddingtons Pub Ale. Creamy and rich, went down easy and would be great for the summer monthS!
