Actually don't think it would take that much work at all...all you would need is a sloped bin with a sliding door on the bottom(would need to figure out what size the hole needs to be though)

other than that I guess mounting it might be difficult..depends if you have a permanent brewery location or not

Well, I tend to overbuild and overdo things... so I may be picturing something different... :P

I think that I would just get a buddy to hold my sack and pour the grain for me.

I'd rather spend my time and energy, elsewhere.

With a slide opening you just make the hole big enough. If you want it slower, only open part way. I was thinking about a canvas bin/hopper, with metal or plastic at the bottom, maybe duct pieces or something.
