Thanks for all the info on copper and the recomended levels of use with beer. I also have a copper manifold and a copper cooler, which I wasn't concerned with. I believe that Palmer recomended not to use copper during fermentation. I was concerned with overall increased amount of copper that I am planning on useing being over the recomended levels of copper intake, which is hard to determine. I have found that it still may be cheaper to have it fabricated with stainless than fabricating it myself with copper.
