Shout out to William's Brewing

3 of the 7 female ss disconnects I received in my order were way too difficult to use. I explained my issue with their cust service rep, and he's going to send me 3 more today. He tried to help me troubleshoot, but agreed that I needed new ones. Very polite and understanding. Excellent customer service. Here's to William's!

What issue are you having?

May be a different issue, I found it's easier to push in on the male side to make the connection rather than trying to pull the female side back further.

I ordered my new brew kettle from them. Went easy enough. Hopefully I won't have to go through any of that. Northern Brewer is the same way, too. My order was short 2 padlock creamer faucets and they dropped them in the mail the next day. The inventory list was checked off but there were no faucets. Gotta love the companies that adhere to the brewers code! Amen.

The sleeve wouldn't go all the way down unless I forced it, and it was almost impossible to pull off. My setup has the female disconnects on the tubing since I would need fewer of them and they're $15 a pop.
