Just to make sure everyone saw, the 2012 AHA National Homebrew Competition registration is now open. Since all regions filled up last year, I'm getting my own entries registered asap.

Philly, Portland, San Francisco and Denver are all 2/3 full or getting close to it. San Diego and Indianapolis are both more than half full.

It looks like all of the regions could fill up fast this year... Get your entries in the system (entered and paid) asap if you plan on entering.

I'm not surprised that Portland is probably going to sell out first since they are the host region this year. But I wonder how many people are sending there because they were the first region done last year and had scoresheets sent out within a day or so. Mine are going to Philly this year...had good luck with that area in the past.

I just got 5 registered for the San Diego area. Several west coast areas have less that 200 entries available ... and the west coast isn't even off work for the day yet. I would bet that they are filled by the end of the day.
