Tim Taylor Landlord clone is in the fermenter with Krauesen forming. Had a super smooth brew day. Hit mash temp and gravity on the nose. Beer smells fantastic already. The styrians really pop. I gotta figure out a way to work those into a pale ale mixed with some amarillo/centennial. Somehow knocked an hour or two of the brew day as well. Finally getting into the groove of my equipment.
Just getting ready to dough in on a massive English Barleywine. Been brewing stronger beers lately and sneaking in the session ones here and there. Kegging a bitter and using the yeast cake to ferment the b-wine. Cheers!

Just put 10 gallons of an Irish stout in the fermenters. I actually chilled to 50 accidentally so I'm going to wait to pitch until the temp is right. First brew of 2012!
Kegging 10 gallons of APA then brewing 6 gallon batch of Kolsch and a 12 gallon batch of Weizen. The beer drought will soon be over, and may the competition gods smile upon me in March!
