What up BN!

Tue Nov 29, 2011 6:31 am

Im from super awesome Rock shitty Island IL. I just started brewing this year and only have a few brews under my belt. I skipped extract and went straight to all grain which just seemed more interesting to me and im the type of dude that jumps in the deepend and hopes i can swim. so far so good. I have been listening to all the past episodes of the session i gotta say it kicks the piss out of the other brewing shows out there. keep up the good work fellas! :jnj

At least you got some brewpubs in the Quad shitty Cities. We visited all of them when we were out there last. Not too bad of a beer scene.
Way to bring it strong in your first year brewing!

If you ever take an interest in nuclear weapons, all I can say is I'm glad you live in IL.

Mufasa would be proud of you...you are a "real" brewer.

Yeah we dont have too bad of a beer scene. What time of year did you come here? If it was in the winter did you hit Blue cat? they have some pretty tasty belgians. what we lack is some real good hoppy beers.
