Does anyone have a really yummy Christmas Beer recipe?
I was thinking along the lines of Tuborg Christmas beer - basically a lager with hints of cloves and cinnamon!

I did a Yule Ale from a Zymurgy article a dozen years back or so. It's a dark lager with cardemom and a vanilla bean added at the end of the boil. I'm kegging it tomorrow.

I liked Jolly Rodger, when I lived in Seattle. Pike Place Brewing, I think. Strong stuff. It made for a good work x-mas party, that's for sure. Time to do some digging...

thanks - maybe I'll try and tweak a bit and ferment in 2 separate batches, with cloves and cinnamon and without....
